At DAHON, we stand behind the quality of our folding bikes and gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the bicycle or accessory in its original factory packaging, ensuring all manuals, tools, and components are included.

• 3.
  Ship to DAHON

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
